Systematic and its founders have been accumulating knowledge and experience on service, repairs, project retrofitting and calibration works on different types of ships, specialized vessels and rigs since the 1980's before jointly starting the company in 2005.
Our portfolio include many turnkey projects covering engine room, pump room and top side process instrumentation & process tubing work scope.
Project Technical Manpower & Test Equipment Support
Our 1st manpower supply assignment was on behalf of Keppel Shipyard Tuas for E&I Testing and Commissioning on-board SBM's FPSO Capixaba in 2005. Since then, we have regularly been providing qualified professional manpower from our well established outsourcing resource network as well as from our manpower pool to more than 20 FPSO, FSOs and other vessels locally and/or at our client's project locations.
Our most recent manpower assignment projects were for FSO Banyu Urip, FPSO Armada Olembendo, FPSO Armada Kraken, FPSO Cidade Sao Mateus, FPSO BW Catcher, FPSO Gina Krog, FLNG Golar Hilli, Passenger Ship M2,
Electrical System Thermography Inspections
Systematic Automation has been providing professional electrical thermography survey service since 2012 and have since regularly conducted on average one thermography survey every month for our clients.
Our aim is to work with our clients to carry out predictive maintenance by providing simple but comprehensive independent third party survey and qualitative thermal analysis with descriptions of any observed susceptible thermal abnormalities and recommend preventive action(s) on potential issues before system and/or equipment failure.

Both companies are also BizSafe Star Certified by Singapore Workplace Safety and Health Council.
